Danny’s Bobcat Services is proud to provide comprehensive demolition services across a wide geographic area, delivering expert solutions grounded in quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

With a strong footprint in North Texas, we’ve earned a reputation as a trusted partner in residential and commercial demolition—supporting both urban redevelopment and rural growth.

From single-family homes to large-scale commercial sites, every project is executed with precision, care, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction.

Demolition Services Across North Texas

We provide safe, code-conscious demolition for homes, garages, slabs, outbuildings and commercial structures throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our team manages the work from teardown through debris removal and site cleanup, so your lot is left clean and ready for whatever comes next.

Every demolition project is different. A single-car garage teardown and a full residential demo each require their own approach — different equipment, different permit paths, different sequencing around utilities and adjacent structures. We have handled both, and everything in between, across DFW since 1983. We come to the job with the right plan and the right equipment so the work goes cleanly, safely and on schedule.

Danny's Bobcat Services is family-owned and has served the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex since 1983. We are licensed and insured, work on both residential and commercial projects, and provide free, no-obligation estimates.

Types of Demolition Work We Do in the DFW Area

  • Full house demolition — We tear down the structure, remove all materials and grade the lot so it is ready for a new build. Utility disconnects and permits are coordinated before work starts.
  • Garage and outbuilding removal — Detached garages, metal carports, sheds, barns and storage buildings removed cleanly without disturbing adjacent fencing, landscaping or structures.
  • Selective and interior demolition — Wall removal, floor tear-out, dropped ceilings and structural opens for remodels where only part of the building changes. We protect what stays.
  • Slab and foundation removal — Old concrete slabs, pier caps and foundation remnants broken up, removed and hauled away so the site is clear for new construction or landscaping.
  • Commercial demolition — Strip malls, warehouses, retail buildings and office structures. We coordinate with property managers and GCs and work to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants and traffic.

How we work

We start with a free walkthrough of the structure and site. We identify utility disconnects that need to happen before demo begins, advise on permit requirements for your city, then schedule and execute the teardown. Our crew handles debris sorting, haul-off and disposal, and finishes by leveling the site so it is ready for its next use. We keep neighbors and adjacent property in mind throughout.

Common questions

Do I need a permit to demolish a structure in DFW?

Most municipalities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area require a demolition permit, and utilities must be disconnected and capped before work begins. Requirements vary by city — Dallas, Fort Worth, Garland and Plano each have their own process. We help you understand what your city requires and coordinate the permit steps.

Do you remove all the debris after demolition?

Yes. Hauling, disposal and site cleanup are included in our demolition service. When we leave, the lot is clear and rough-graded. If you want the slab or fill material retained on-site, we can discuss that during the estimate.

Can you demolish part of a building instead of the whole thing?

Absolutely. Selective and interior demolition is a significant part of what we do. We remove only the portions you specify — a wall, a wing, a floor system — while carefully protecting the structure that remains.

How long does a residential demolition take?

Most single-family homes are demolished and cleared in two to four days once permits are in hand and utilities are disconnected. Larger structures, tight site access, or complex permitting can extend the timeline. We give you a clear schedule with your estimate.

How much does demolition cost in Dallas?

Demolition cost depends on structure size, construction type (wood frame vs. masonry), site access and how far material must be hauled. We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates so you get an accurate number before committing. Call (972) 557-2600 to schedule.

Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?

Structures built before 1980 may contain asbestos or lead paint that requires licensed abatement before demolition can proceed. We do not perform abatement ourselves, but we can refer you to licensed abatement contractors in DFW and work around their schedule.

Will demolition damage my neighbor's property?

We take care to protect adjacent structures, fencing and landscaping throughout the project. We plan equipment approach paths and debris fall zones before the first swing. Our crew has worked on tight urban lots across DFW where neighbor proximity is a constant consideration.

Can you demolish a structure and then excavate the same site?

Yes — demo and excavation in sequence is one of the most common project combinations we handle. Combining both phases with one contractor saves coordination time and often reduces overall cost. Ask us about combined project pricing.
